The “master tax expert” I was assigned to work with, Young Kang, was extremely unprofessional and rude. I had an issue with a notice I received and was told I would be able to work with someone who has plenty of experience in that area. What I was met with was judgement and then he physically waved me off like he couldn’t be bothered. Horrible experience. The only good that came from this experience was the woman at the front desk was lovely.
Quick and friendly service, she was very informative.
Varuna is amazing and always so helpful with guiding us with our taxes every year!
I have been coming to H&R Block for many years to file my taxes. Varuna has always been there, and truly makes me feel at home and like I’m in good hands when I come in each year. She has known me for years and given me advice that has always helped me with my future. She truly cares for me and my family! I love it here and this place makes me happy that I can trust her so well to help me.
This is the third year that H&R Block prepared my taxes. I was a little unsure initially that H&R Block would be as good as my newly retired Accountant. I started with Bamini P and have been more than pleased. Bamini has made this somewhat unpleasant process so much better and easier to understand.
