What does it take to have a manager call you? Three years in a row with corrections issues and fees and I’m still paying retail. I’ve asked for a supervisor to call me back at least four times!
We've used our local H&R Block office for many years. Amy, our tax preparer, and the office staff, have been AWESOME every time. Knowledgeable, Super Friendly, and very easy to work with. It's nice to have a friendship/working relationship with such a professional people.
