Doing taxes should never be this hard! Eeek!!! Made an appt here online which they changed for an hour later no big deal then called day of appt while I was at work (I can’t answer at work like most people) then sent a text to confirm which I did less then a min after it was sent!! !Rushed home to get to my appointment to be sitting in parking lot to hear voice mail they cancelled it ! Very friendly and helpful. They work with me with the fee and my refund to make things easy on me and free look over last year's taxes for me to double check my taxes.
