I had Sally helping me process my return and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have a small business and my taxes can be complicated but my tax preparer was completely on top of it. Not to mention she was friendly and professional too!
Doing taxes should never be this hard! Eeek!!! Made an appt here online which they changed for an hour later no big deal then called day of appt while I was at work (I can’t answer at work like most people) then sent a text to confirm which I did less then a min after it was sent!! !Rushed home to get to my appointment to be sitting in parking lot to hear voice mail they cancelled it !
