Doing taxes should never be this hard! Eeek!!! Made an appt here online which they changed for an hour later no big deal then called day of appt while I was at work (I can’t answer at work like most people) then sent a text to confirm which I did less then a min after it was sent!! !Rushed home to get to my appointment to be sitting in parking lot to hear voice mail they cancelled it !
