This was my first time using H&R Block, I needed some help filling my taxes, The lady who helped me with my taxes was a sweet Lady Ms Alva, but I feel like she didn’t explained it well enough to me about my taxes situation, I needed more help, I wish that I had someone with more knowledge about widows taxes, I feel that it wasn’t a professional experience, now I am at home and confused about what to do I should have got someone else to do my taxes ugh
Ms.Alva is Awesowe!...she has a lovely demeanor and does not mind answering my questions
