When I walked into my appointment, I had all of my documents loaded onto a jump drive. I was told they could not help me. When I asked if they had a printer to print them out, I was told yes. When I asked if they could just print out my documents, I was told no, and verbatim, "If you didn't come prepared, we can't help you." I've never encountered customer service that was so eager to show me how little they were willing to extend and how much they looked down on me. Avoid this branch if at all possible! Go across the street to Liberty instead or just use Turbo Tax unless you want to deal with rude, unprofessional staff who take a week at a time to respond to communication. Especially Kim Nutter. I went here to get my Taxes done and was given Kim Nutter as my tax representative. I told her during our meeting that I didn’t have my health insurance tax documents but would be providing them as soon as they were available. I have always gone to H&R Block to do my taxes, but this year has been horrible. They have lost a loyal customer and I will not ever go back to H&R Block. They hardly answer their phone then when you send a message through the app, they don’t answer that they’re not very helpful.
