I wasted my time and should have just come to H&R Block!
On April 18, the reception, Erin, dropped the F bomb on my 76 yr old mother 2 times. Made attempts by phone, email and text to reach the manager, Maria, to tell her about the incident but to no avail.
Definitely a good place to get taxes done.
