Decided to pay someone else to do my taxes for the first time at this location, but all this woman did was confuse me more and tell me why I shouldn't file with them, even when I don't owe anything? I guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks for confusing me more and making this process 10x harder.
Been using them for years. How is it i just noticed they charge an additional $42 for a refund transfer fee. The guy i used never mentioned that. Gave me a discount for doing my easy taxes. Ridiculous IMO

I saw Mr. Luck in early 2024 to get an estimate of the expected taxes I would owe in 2025. I get a Social Security benefit and a pension and I do not have federal taxes withheld. I provided Mr. Luck with my gross Social Security and pension amount and we, of course, came up with the gross amount for the year. After doing the calculations Mr. Luck said confidently that I would not owe over $1,890, give or take $50-$100. I saw Mr. Luck on 2/1/25 to do my return.
