At first she was nice, friendly..then she added she worked fir the IRS, OK not impressed. She completed my taxes did a couple I wasn't sure of. I asked her why this year I owed last year I didnt. The I don't know made me uncomfortable. A friend of mine asked if I wanted her to review it I said yes..she found not one but several mistakes. Im furious, Im on a fixed income and to be that off would have cost me a large amount. Im never going back to H & R Block in McPherson
