I have been with H&R Block for a very long time. I am displeased with the amount of money they are charging for a simple tax return. Our documents used to be placed in an envelope, now they are given to me in a cheap $1.00 folder. Look elsewhere. This review does not mean that the tax preparer did not do a great job just that HR Block is greedy. Check out Jackson Hewitt instead.
Today when I came into this H&R Block here at Riverstone and Canton, Georgia Brittany, the receptionist was wonderful not only was her customer service polite, friendly welcoming. She was just amazing with helping me get my referral fee. just amazing went above and beyond with the average worker would have done if you plan on getting your taxes done at H&R Block. Please come to the one here at Riverstone and Canton, Georgia.
