Do not go here! I will never goto H & R Block again after 2023 taxes. They nickel and dime everything. I paid over 700 dollars for them to do my taxes...and not well either. My person did not know the software and started hitting random boxes to try and get my refund up...this only caused me to buy audit protection from them. It was over 2 hours for subpar tax knowlege.
These people are always unprepared and unprofessional especially when it comes to scheduling. For the last 3 years it have been a struggle with this company because they either double book all the agents or they are super late. However, Timothy Tuk had nothing to do with scheduling and did his Job very well and helped us the best he could. We were very happy with the speed and efficiency his expertise provided.
It was terrible. They did somthing wrong on my taxes which are very simple tax return.one job no write offs and single.now Irs is reviewing them and it could take months till I see a return
