They double booked my appointment after confirming it three different times. Then showed zero effort to help. It would have been less annoying if I hadn’t overheard them talking about helping the people with a 5 minute appointment over me right before they told me they couldn’t do anything. Super unprofessional and just a crap experience all the way around. Don’t waste your time.
Do not go here! I will never goto H & R Block again after 2023 taxes. They nickel and dime everything. I paid over 700 dollars for them to do my taxes...and not well either. My person did not know the software and started hitting random boxes to try and get my refund up...this only caused me to buy audit protection from them. It was over 2 hours for subpar tax knowlege.
