Our tax preparer was friendly and pretty efficient. The only real problem is how much it costs just to file. On top of that they nickel & dime you to death for audit protections and other things. Good service if you really need it, beyond that, it isn't worth the money.
My price was $145 and I paid $85 because I had a coupon. I have a regular 1040 EZ tax return and it is too expensive. I owed $37 to federal and had to pay $85 . I can go anywhere else for less and I've been with yall for almost 10 years
