Absolutely trash service. They try to say they will do everything for you, look at the paper work. Once it’s filed, they will not help you at all. Promised over 3,000 back with their guarantee, took 2-3 months for them to respond regarding any type of communication via text, messages, and calls. They are all ignored, they do not want to help. All offices are closed, they are of absolutely no help. Their guarantee is bullshit also, read the fine the print as their guarantee is subject to TAXABLE income if they file it wrong.
Never get your taxes done here. These people are jokes. Go get Turbo tax. Save your money!
