Absolutely horrible customer service!! I've been trying to get my taxes done by Ron Dodge for a month now. I've called and called his boss Jeff no reply. Last night he finally called me the call dropped and I never heard from him again even Instantly sent him a message. He told me last night I would receive my paperwork and again NOTHING!
