My appointment was at 10:00 AM, and I arrived on time, but I was kept waiting for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. When I was finally admitted, they told me that the system was down and made me wait even longer. The staff was unprofessional and indifferent, making me feel as if I was there for a free service. Since we are not familiar with this area, we chose this location, but unfortunately, it was not a good experience. I would not recommend this place to others looking for better service.
I’m new H&R Block and just went here for the first time with high hopes. This office is terrible. I waited here for an hour to be seen only to be interviewed by the front desk lady for a few seconds and be sent out. This made me feel that they just wanted us out the way asap as the staff don’t want to be there either! The result is that i came in without a clue and left without clue
