The woman that works the front desk is absolutely distasteful. I witnessed her be rude to families with small children, in front of their children. She's unhelpful and unwelcoming. She meets you with aggression and comes off very abrasive as if you're inconveniencing her by trying to file taxes and ask questions. I literally could not get past her attitude to even file my taxes. There are way too many other locations to have to do with the lack of professionalism.
Had an appointment at 415 and wasn’t seen by an agent until 530 at which point she said she wasn’t ready for me so sent me to another agent who was friendly but took 45 minutes and felt sorry for the wait and called the district manager on her own accord and then pretty much was told who cares. Cathy was sweet though
