Given bad information upon drop off, had to call 5 times days after dropping off to speak with someone with my concerns (Mia) whom was very helpful, they couldn't find our tax information or whom was working it , but she continued until she did then g ave us the info and stated she would have Brian rach out of course had to call 4 more times to get ahold of him and he was Extremely Rude. Filed taxes with this company in mid February after 30 Days of waiting for my return.I reached out to them and was told everything was fine 60 days later we had to personally call the irs to clear up the problem this is there job and they were unwilling to help after I explained the situation unreasonable and wasted my money and time
