If I could give it negative stars I would. I came to the office 15 minutes before my appointment time. The office is closed tighter than a drum. At the time of my appt, still no one. I call the number posted to the door. The woman who answered tells me there should be someone there as if I’m not the one standing in front of a store front completely made of glass. She has to get a hold of my tax preparer, Mr. Lee. She finally calls me back to say he’s coming. He arrives 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. No apology or... read more
Mr Lee is always very professional, I am very pleased with my tax return. He also gave good tax advice.
