We tried to file electronically through them because the in-person and leave it there slots were all filled. We completed online filing on March 28. Around May 1 they said there was a glitch and our taxes hadn't been filed so could we please re-sign the forms. We did. By mid-June there was still nothing and we checked with the IRS -- no record of our filing. We spoke with both local and regional managers. When Debi was here everything was wonderful. Very professional. Now that she is retired, the office is closed. No one answers the phone, and there is no way to leave a message.
The lady at the front is creepy they are not taking anymore tax jobs this year is all she had to say but she lagged and was weird
