The most horrible service hands down. We paid for them to do our taxes and they told us it was done. Come to find out they never submitted them. We had to fight then for months for them to even submit them as they would never return calls and then pretend they didn't know what we were talking about. We ended up owing late fees to the IRS. The customer service was always rude and never helpful.
Under no circumstances should anyone use this office. I wish 0 star was an option. They never answer the phone and the tax 'professionals' do not keep appointments. They will hand your file off to 3 different people who can't finish it, won't contact you, and have no idea what the last person talked to you about. Seriously, if you have anything other than W2s to file find anyone else to do them for you.
If i could give 0 stars, i would.Went in to file my taxes with my husband, needed a form to come in the mail so i could email over to the tax advisor named Edna and she said she’d get it going after I send the form to her. A few days later, I sent it to her, emailed her multiple times to follow up and even tried to call to see if she received it/is working on it but the phone number on file always sends straight to voicemail.
