Cecilia and Nancy have given me the runaround and locked my account insisting I need their "professional" review. Lied to me about being able to provide phone service for those reviews as well. Will tell you they're almost done but asking for more money only to send paragraphs of demands for work to be done. Do not believe the claimed experience as Nancy claimed I made an error in a deduction only to admit she couldn't read the field properly. Depreciation and use are two totally different things.
