Bertha was very efficient and cordial. She explained everything in detail and answered all questions. Great to work with.
Cecilia and Nancy have given me the runaround and locked my account insisting I need their "professional" review. Lied to me about being able to provide phone service for those reviews as well. Will tell you they're almost done but asking for more money only to send paragraphs of demands for work to be done. I confirmed my appointment twice, by speaking with a person, two days before. It was 10 minutes before I was greeted or even acknowledged. I was told my appointment had been canceled because I had not confirmed a 3rd time the day before. When I made my appointment I stated the specific tax issue. The person who "helped" me stated they had no experience with that issue.
