I did my tax return today, I’m well under the tax free threshold and got a very little return, I won’t be coming back to HR block , not a happy customer Ok I’ve just sent you two emails Please give me a call Thanks Elizabeth
Avoid at all cost, you can do a tax turn better than these accountant's! After multiple attempts at completing this years submission without success, I got ghosted after paying for the work in my first consultation which now I know was also extremely overpriced compared to other firms. I've tried escalating through support channels but keep getting rerouted back to the store to resolve myself. Lesson learnt to never trust this franchise again, but hopefully can help prevent anyone else going through the disaster which is H&R... read more
Do not go to this HR Block! Staff are very rude & unprofessional. I would not recommended then at all.
