Had an issue with our return. Called and explained the situation to Pamela who said she would review the issue and and get back to me. After a week of not hearing anything I had to call and refresh her memory as to the situation. Obviously, the only thing H and R block guarantees is that you will not hear back about any issues you have with them and when you are able to speak to someone it is guaranteed they will want more money from you! The two ladies in the office was very rude wouldn't recommend going here at all i was treated so badly they where eating while helping me the one lady had her teen age son with her they where very unprofessional acted like i was not important Pam was the lady who ended up finishing my taxes after the other lady started them. I would not recommend going here at all
