If I could give it a zero I would. Do not get your taxes done here. They forgot to put the last number on my bank account for direct deposit. Therfore my bank returned their check. Now I have to wait 7-10 days for a check to be mailed. Called customer service and had a phone appointment with Roger at 6pm to rectify the situation. Well it's almost 8pm and they haven't even reached out to me. They closed at 7. I am livid to pay hundreds of dollars to have my taxes done only to have to wait so long to be ignored.
