Booked an appointment with Catherine. Never again. She is NOT a professional. She gave out false information. Told us we couldn't claim our 5 month old baby whom was born in 2025. We would've left with not even 1/4 of what we should've gotten back. Thankfully with some help from a real specialist we got our full amount.

If I could give it a zero I would. Do not get your taxes done here. They forgot to put the last number on my bank account for direct deposit. Therfore my bank returned their check. Now I have to wait 7-10 days for a check to be mailed. Called customer service and had a phone appointment with Roger at 6pm to rectify the situation. Well it's almost 8pm and they haven't even reached out to me. They closed at 7. I am livid to pay hundreds of dollars to have my taxes done only to have to wait so long to be ignored.
