Jessika Rivera is extremely rude and dismissive. She actually told me to do research and Google my tax situation. I had an appointment at 3 PM and didn't get to speak with her until 3:15 PM. She helped another customer before me because she told them to just drop by and she took care of them before me. I asked intuitive questions because I wanted to learn about my tax situation and she just gave me attitude instead of explaining things better. We were very pleased with the service and tax expertise of the staff. Jessika actually found errors in last years return and corrected everything. We walked out certain our documents were correct. Thank you.

She was awful
I had my 2024 taxes prepared by Jessika, and as a military family with specific state tax considerations, accuracy is extremely important to us. Unfortunately, I later discovered that my state return had been filed incorrectly. After doing my own research, I scheduled an appointment to have the return amended.
