She was awful
I had my 2024 taxes prepared by Jessika, and as a military family with specific state tax considerations, accuracy is extremely important to us. Unfortunately, I later discovered that my state return had been filed incorrectly. After doing my own research, I scheduled an appointment to have the return amended. The representative Jessika at the Palm Harbor location was extremely rude. I’ve been doing business with H&R for a decade and each year it keeps getting worse and worse. Thanks to Jessika’s attitude and HR making something simple dang near impossible - I will not be returning as a customer.
pathetic, incompetent, and uncaring, this H&R block sucks. stay away. caused me months of pain, loss of return dollars and blamed everyone else.
