pathetic, incompetent, and uncaring, this H&R block sucks. stay away. caused me months of pain, loss of return dollars and blamed everyone else.
Still waiting on mine, not to get back, but to be done, dropped them off on the 8th. And I'm still waiting.... yesterday 4/23 I received a call at almost 4pm stating my taxes were done to come by the office. And the office closed. Closed,like is not opening again and on the door is redirecting you to Dunedin. Another city. I'M NEVER USING H&R BLOCK AGAIN. EVER!! I called the customer service number and the rep. was NASTY.
