Incredulous how unprofessional this office operates. I had an appointment booked and when I showed up they had decided to double my appointment since another person had not confirmed, obviously in an attempt to make sure the slot was filled even it meant sending someone away. Mark was the best! Everyone at this location was so incredibly kind. Mark went above and beyond. He explained everything and gave us advice for next years taxes! We will most definitely be back next year.
