I went to this tax office and everything was very fast and easy. Nothing was too complicated. I had two years of tax returns to complete and she did an excellent job in doing both with the information provided. I did GA and VA. My GA return was completed with ease and was issued a return. My VA states that it was processed on Jan 28, 2025 and never received a refund from VA. Again, great staff, just IRS doing weird stuff.
Anne does a great job. She is professional and answers all my questions. This is the 2nd year of having her help out on all the family’s taxes.
Incredulous how unprofessional this office operates. I had an appointment booked and when I showed up they had decided to double my appointment since another person had not confirmed, obviously in an attempt to make sure the slot was filled even it meant sending someone away. Mark was the best! Everyone at this location was so incredibly kind. Mark went above and beyond. He explained everything and gave us advice for next years taxes! We will most definitely be back next year.
