Went online to schedule an in office appt and was automatically assigned to Colin. Called the office to assess if Colin was small business certified. He was not, so Liz (who answered my call) said she was and would do my taxes. Met with Liz during my appt time and reviewed my well organized docs along with last filing done by HR Block. Was asked odd questions like was there tax withheld on the 1099 income? (Tax is not ever withheld on a 1099/independent contractor). I was incredibly nervous about doing my taxes this year. I waited until the last minute because I was so anxious and avoidant. Anita calmed my fears and made the whole thing painless. I went into my appointment with my stomach in knots and left with a smile on my face. I'm still amazed that it was such a pleasant experience. I will definitely go back next year.
