Made an 11am appointment and have waited over 30 minutes already while another customer walked in after me with an 11 as well and she was taken straight back. I made an appointment to avoid having to waste time and so I could get straight back to work. Pointless system and should be fixed immediately. This will be the last time I use H&R Block and I can’t wait to see what they charge me. Your survey claims I should have been made aware of the cost but I have yet to see it as I still continue to sit in your waiting room.

Good service.
Worst experience ever with this place do yourself a favor and go to Jackson Hewitt, they only charged me a $149 compared to H&R blocks $349 and Jackson Hewitt even got me more money back. H&R block does not know what they are doing and they do not know how to properly schedule appointments
