My husband and I had womderful experience with Michele and we will continue to use her expertise! She made our experience seamless and was good at explaining all things taxes.
DO NOT GO TO THE H&R BLOCK SYCAMORE LOCATION!!! They filed incorrect information after I paid them over $200 for their “service” and I had to go back and re-do everything myself. It has been a massive inconvenience and I even missed work to fix their mistakes. I asked them to help, they refused. They kept my money and made me waste a ton of time on hold and re-entering the correct information they messed up on.
