PEOPLE PLEASE READ REVIEWS. THE TAX PREP GETS PAID TO FILE YOUR FORMS AND THATS IT! They do not help when there is an issue with your refunds like they say they would. I signed up for my money to go to my Emerald Card but a check was sent instead. I never received the check and when I called to the office I was told there was nothing they can do but call H&R Block Customer Service. Chittick Income Tax (H&R Block) has been handling my and numerous family/friends taxes for many years. The staff is professional, friendly and responsive. Being able to email or mail my taxes instead of coming into the office is great.
