Omar told me I didn't need to file because my SSDI for 2025 was less than $18,000. I told him I wanted to file anyway to stay active as an IRS tax reporter. He told me I needed to bring my 1095 form which is a form Medi-Cal recipients receive. I have requested a reprint from the County welfare office and a female employee told me it takes 2-4 weeks for me to get it in the mail.
