Spoke to a "tax professional" on the phone, explained an issue with my W-4 elections. She didn't even know what a W-4 was, claiming it was "above her certification level." This was AFTER I paid for a deluxe filing with H&R Block online, and my federal return was rejected. You're better off filing your taxes on your own.
