Unbelievably horrible experience with inexperienced tax preparers. Worked with Ada initially and she made several errors on a straight forward single w2 return with 3 dependents. My return was rejected by the irs, and Ron “went over” the second attempt, but claimed he “hasn’t experienced this before.” Would give a 0/10 if possible. Over $450 for nothing but headaches and misinformation
I had a really good representative from here named Ada Ketchum. She helped me get all situated for my taxes for this year and I’m pretty sure she even stayed past her opening hours so she can help me file them. She 100% knows what she was doing and I will for sure be going back with her next year!

Terrible experience I won't ever use H&R block again. They charged me way more than any other tax service I have ever used, and it wasn't worth it at all. They got my address wrong so I had to wait longer for my state tax return. They offered a discount then took it away, then I had to fight to get it back and they never gave me my referral discount either.
