Ada Ketchum is the best! She was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions! While getting me the MAX amount for my refund, thanks linda at the front desk for helping me out too! Review updated for 2026 to 4 stars due to not feeling like I’ve gotten the best service I ended up having to pay the irs back after some errors were made, will be doing my taxes elsewhere next year
Terrible experience. We ended up getting what we expected for our refund, but the process to get there was horrible. There’s a lot I’ll do next year to make sure I don’t have to use H&R Block.
