If I could give ZERO STARS I would. My tax preparer filed my taxes WITHOUT my Consent, also without my W2’s available (which she knew is what I was waiting for) that has caused other problems. On top of that, my taxes are now being Mailed to me which I was under the assumption that they would be direct deposited. When I got the email that my taxes where accepted from the federal is when I was aware that she filed them. UPDATED....have left multiple messages asking for return call. No one calls you back. You keep getting a story..she will be here in an hour. But she apparently doesn't ever come back nor does she return calls. Next step..attorney General and better business burear office to file complaints. Do not use their services.!!!!! Very poor service. I specified three times of the change of address assuming the entered it correctly. It wasn't until I got home that I realized THEIR error. What a horrible experience is was. Dropped all our information off to an adviser named Jerri said she get right back with us. Never called us. kept leaving messages would get ahold of her and she'd say she's in the middle of something and she'll call right back and never would. We would send her information requested via email. She would literally never check emails to get the information. She asked me what our preferred method of communication was, we said text messaging.
