Pamela S is great.. very knowledgeable. And long history as a EA TAX preparer. Now the negative about H and R BLOCK. Extremly hard to get a hold of the office . You get voice message. Rarely return call back.. if you do the lead tells you set up app. But no one calls i reached out to the customer service line. Not a whole lot better. If ask you to purchase peace of mind.
