Lee was very unprofessional and very unhelpful, couldn’t seem to do or try to help in any way and trying to charge $99 for a consultation when others don’t charge me and help me. Went straight to riverside’s office and was helped immediately and not charged either. Seems Lee needs to be retrained since she’s so clueless or better yet replaced.
i went here yesterday and their office was no where to be found. it would help to remove the locations no longer available. but i will call next time too instead of just making an appointment.
Pamela S is great.. very knowledgeable. And long history as a EA TAX preparer. Now the negative about H and R BLOCK. Extremly hard to get a hold of the office . You get voice message. Rarely return call back.. if you do the lead tells you set up app. But no one calls i reached out to the customer service line. Not a whole lot better. If ask you to purchase peace of mind.
