Screwed up multiple times and then asked me to come back tomorrow to finish because her shift was almost over. I was there for almost 3 hours. All I got was an apology and no discount. Stay away.
I have to give this place one star. I would give them no stars this place has refused to help people based on th3 color of their skin and tax situation. I can't believe this is still a thing. They also say it's free to file with them, but when all is said and done the charge you upwards of $400.

This company has a history with discrimination lawsuits, including privacy violations, and improper use of peoples personal data. If you dress or look a certain way, this specific location will refuse to let you file taxes here. Claiming fear of fraud without looking over any information that was attempted to be provided. From discrimination to predatory financial and personal data tactics, it's no wonder the corporate office won't return any phone calls.
I am giving this place one start because this thing says I have to rate it at 1 star cannot go lower!! I am here to say do not go here they discriminate against people for the color of their skin!!! It’s sad that in 2024 that racism is still a thing!! Profiling is still a thing and that isn’t fair!! Don’t judge a book by its cover don’t Assume and do better!
