Our pro tax preparer Melissa is amazing. She answers every question we have and is very thorough and knowledgeable about taxes and changes. She is very professional and is very personable. She follows up on our appointments and gives us the attention we need. She is not pushy and doesn’t rush if you go over your time that you are scheduled for. We will only use Melissa as our tax pro and we would highly recommend her and H&R Block to do your taxes. They back up their work if anything goes wrong.
