Paid over $400 dollars for a amended tax to be done so now they have to amend a amended tax if that not confusing enough I will be back to have them fix it I’m not paying again that’s for sure, too much money for errors to be happening this is the last time I will go to the London, oh location

I had H&R Block do my taxes in 2021 And they had messed up my taxes So 3 years later and 15+ H&R Block visits Appointments they don’t show up to. Multiple different conversations with a tax pro No movement This year the odt had fined me on my taxes for H&R Block’s mess up and I’m still going back in fourth with them not getting anywhere I know nothing about doing taxes but if I had to chose this place or do them myself I would do them myself.
