Melinda Mcockle was not only one of the worst tax preps I've ever worked with, she has got to be the hardest person to talk to ever. Shes constantly repeating herself about stuff not asked then takes the conversation to a personal level. She escalated with attitude and started gas lighting me stating I was being argumentative. Keep her on the roster and everyone loses. I would give a 0/5 if that was an option. Absolutely biggest waste of my time
I had a question about my taxes I'm filing online through H&R Block so I called the Disc location. They put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up. I called the Oddie location, they told me I have to pay for the premium service online to ask any questions while filing my taxes through H&R Block. So I called the Prater location and I reached a really nice rep named Kathy (or Cathy) who stayed on the line with me and took the time to help me figure out what I was needing to know.
