I cannot recommend Melinda enough! She is absolutely amazing and made the tax process completely stress-free. Tax season can be overwhelming, but her attention to detail and willingness to explain every step were incredibly helpful. She is professional, thorough, and truly cares about her clients. If you want someone who is both highly skilled and a pleasure to work with, Melinda is the one!
Took time off work for an in person appointment to literally just drop off my documents. Then get messages on their app to which I respond but any question I ask in return is not answered. Then try to call the office to talk but tax consultant is never available and have to listen to some rude receptionist who cannot follow any of these gaps. Kathy has been my tax agent for 2 years and has left me a very happy customer both times. Every penny counts is her motto. And she isn’t lying.
I came in to get a new emerald card. Ankita helped me out. She was very nice and informative. Also very quick to get in and out. I was able to get a same day appointment which was great. Everyone from the front desk, to the tax pros that were in the office to ankita were all very nice and friendly. Definitely recommended this office for all your tax needs!
