This is the 3rd year in a row I’ve filed with H&R Block and they charged me 520 dollars just for my tax return to be put into manually processing…. Why did I pay someone to file them for me and do all the work if I have to go back and amend the return myself just to get my money. Never again will I use H&R Block.
I've always done my personal taxes, but I started a business last year and had no idea where to begin with filing. I made an appointment with H&R Block and didn't know what to expect. Roxie, my tax preparer, made it so simple. If I didn't know the answer to something, or if I didn't have the info ready, it was no big deal. She just made notes for me to upload it through the app later and she took care of it all. Awesome experience. I'll be back next year.
