OVER $500 FEE FOR BASIC SERVICE!!!! I have been coming to this place to do my taxes for almost 15 years!!!! I was an extremely loyal customer! My taxes are extremely simple and straightforward. Every year is pretty much the same. I make myself all the calculations and bring them with me. The tax person simply clicks the mouse and put the ready info. I went there to get taxes done first time at a place like this. I walked in the facility was clean and the receptionist was nice and professional. The tax advisor Fred W. Fred was professional and kind. He had turned my frown upside down literally. It was because he was kind and funny. Thank you for being a nice professional that cares.
