I went there to get taxes done first time at a place like this. I walked in the facility was clean and the receptionist was nice and professional. The tax advisor Fred W. Fred was professional and kind. He had turned my frown upside down literally. It was because he was kind and funny. Thank you for being a nice professional that cares. I had a pleasant experience and would go back because of that.

Fred Willams (a personal friend of my husband’s) has been doing our taxes the entire marriage. We always file early. I knew my soon-to-be ex, (I’m in the midst of a divorce) was filing at some point in February. He would not communicate what date that was. In years past I always signed the returns in-person. I called the Port Orange office 2 times leaving messages asking about the tax return as my ex refused to share any info. I was told to access a portal he, my ex, maybe set up? Their employee made a mistake on our return which cost me hours on the phone and two trips to the bank to figure out. They charged us $365 for the preparation and want to refund us $100! So I paid $265 for what???? Stacey Hapern handled the complaint (not the person who made mistake) and told me someone would get back with us but not to expect much. No one reached out for days and when I finally called… they were offering $100 refund. What happened to 100% satisfaction/accuracy??
After procrastinating on filing my taxes for quite a few years, I explained my situation to Amani Youssef and she was able to go back 3 years with the use of my irs tax transcripts and get me a decent return. Thank you!
