There was a time when I really trusted H&R Block with my taxes. THat ended today when they felt the need to call me twice. One phone call and they didn't answer which tells me that this is a computer call. The second call was to confirm my appointment. I DIDN'T SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT!!! How can you confirm that which I did not set? This tells me that H&R Block is now trying to drum up business by lying about appointments. This is a dishonest practice and one that has cost them my business going forward.

I just called H&R Block this afternoon regarding some questions I had regarding whether or not if I needed to fix my taxes since I haven’t worked. As the employee had answered the call she said hello ? In an angry voice tone normally when you call a company they say hello this is walgreen, cvs etc. and ask how they can help me. After she has answered my question she has immediately hung up the phone while I was talking with her. I’ve filed taxes here previously but not anymore. How rude !

Was met by the lovely and sweet Alycia at the front desk, very sweet personality. Diana Stringer was my analyst and she showed her experience by being very fast, efficient and helpful. 10/10 would go again and recommend seeing them.

Good service. Nice ladies. Just make sure you get a quote before letting them do your taxes because the fees I experienced were absurd for 30 minutes worth of work.
