Terrible experience with this office. I booked an appointment for 9AM, and that appointment was confirmed via the website, text message, email, and even a phone call. When we arrived at 8:50 the doors were locked. We waited around until after 9AM and called the number listed. It forwarded to another office which confirmed our appointment. At 10AM we were finally able to get in, and the staff was rude, incompetent, and dishonest.
