Great service they always helpful , friendly and explain everything you need to know.
Do not use the services at this location. They are not knowledgeable, informed, honest and they do not know what they are doing. I booked an appointment last year for mid March and went with my spouse. The person that was working with us did not know anything and when they asked their coworkers, they did not know how to answer us either. Additionally, we kept having to correct information that was being filled in the computer. You pay a ridiculous amount of money to have your taxes done and then when you have issues, they wash their hands of any issues. I have called the 800 customer service number, and have also asked for the manager of fox lake to give me a call back, and they dont even have the courtesy to call you back. I would not recommend you go here if you want to get your refund back in a timely manner because this is the 2nd year they caused my taxes to be delayed.
