Outstanding experience with this staff. My questions were answered thoroughly involving closeout of taxes after the deadline. Jennifer was extremely helpful, displayed attention to detail, provided a direct comparison between tax years, and outlined next steps. I received excellent customer service. Jennifer provided and printed past documents for record keeping. Thank you for the support and direction at this time. I came in with questions and left with answers and a way forward to resolving tax issues. Highly recommended.
