I did my taxes with Yerma Solís even had an appointment for next year book but thanks to the rude assistant manager I will never be coming back to this office . I would recommend going to any other H&R Block but here I called another office and they gladly helped me . Don’t settle for less people and don’t let the assistant manager trick you into wasting more money when they can help you for free and give you more options when you speak with a professional who actually wants to help.

Met with Maria Ramirez online who rushed through our initial appointment and failed to ask basic questions. She was more concerned about taking personal phone calls than reviewing my documents and getting an understanding of my tax scenario. Then a week later, she sends me a message asking for documents I already uploaded. She told me she has a surgery this week and now I have a message from H&R Block that they are looking for a new tax professional.
