UPDATE: a year later and I am still dealing with this mess. I spoke to a different manager this year, she sounded sincere and promising that someone would call me back to deal with this and how this was not right.. however, no one has yet to get back to me once again. Amazing staff great customer service Igra was so nice she really took her time with me
Absloutey horrendous service. No accountability or appreciation for customers. They lie to your face about when the send your documents then come back after 3 weeks and admit that your tax return has not been sent and was sitting in their drawer. I guess that's what happens when you have incompetent people working.
VERY unprofessional. Made an appointment and they had me wait for AN HOUR without any service. This is the second time I came in to do my taxes and nothing has been done once again.
