Let me first thank Mr David Morgan for his extended and extraordinary help today. I went in due to a problem with my taxes that had nothing to do with H& R Block but I was helped completely and fully to the point that problem has been resolved. UPDATE: a year later and I am still dealing with this mess. I spoke to a different manager this year, she sounded sincere and promising that someone would call me back to deal with this and how this was not right.. however, no one has yet to get back to me once again. This place is terrible. I have been going here for years, the Ivana lady who works on my taxes every year decided to quit or stop working after doing my taxes and before completing my deceased father’s taxes.
