I am utterly shocked by how much I was charged for my taxes (130.38 EACH in total, 260.38) despite H&R's consistent system failure and NOT PROCESSING MY TAXES since April 2nd. I was baffled when I was told I would get only a 10% discount despite 1) My husband and I came early to our appointment at 10:30 not expecting to leave around noon...WE LOST OUT HOURS ON WORK because their system crashed 3 times and the sweet lady, Lauren(this 1 star doesn't reflect YOUR SERVICE because you were amazing!) but such a low discount I was ... read more
