DO NOT GO HERE: This is the worst experience I’ve had, and unfortunately it has now happened twice with Bridgette Schoonover. In 2023, I came in to file prior-year tax returns. Some documents were missing, and the information being entered did not seem right. I ended up leaving and filing them myself. I made an appointment for 4 o’clock today and was greeted kindly by someone. I had made an appointment with Nancy, who a few minutes later walked towards me to put a chair back and did not even acknowledge my presence even though I was the only person waiting. No smile not even a acknowledgement of me at all. The third time she passed me, she simply said, “I’ll be with you in a little bit.” 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, I decided to leave.
