Wow! Stay away if your filing with mortgage stuff. I was going to be charged over $400 for about 20 mins of inputting info. My refund was actually less than if I filed myself. Also with the refund loaning this place offers it feels predatory. Total amount to pay for simple filing $99, without claiming mortgage stuff I was about $300 less than if I filed myself. Funny that to claim my mortgage it’s almost the exact amount extra they charge. We are literally giving money to these people for very little work. Lesson learned don... read more
Heidi was unprofessional and disappointing to work with. Communication was poor, responses were often delayed or unclear, and the overall tone felt passive-aggressive and judgmental. I didn’t feel respected as a client, and I left with less confidence and peace of mind than I should have. I wouldn’t recommend. Manager on charge. Feel free to look at the message I sent her today at 9 am letting her know I am no longer working with her. I am open to work with h and r block. Just not with Heidi.
