Otis was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Very thankful yall have someone like that to help with taxes. He made filing taxes quick and painless.
My refund has been delayed for over a month and no one at this location will call me back. I've left several messages, voice mails, and email. I stopped by on Sunday at 5:20 pm, office hours say open until 6pm but it's locked up with lights off. Worst H&R I've ever used across the country.
