They lack the knowledge to file cross-border taxes. They claim to be knowledgeable, but they clearly don’t understand the fundamental concepts of cross-border tax treaties, tax credits, and so on. It would have cost me a whopping 20 thousand dollars to pay the government, but I received a refund when I used the services of a cross-border tax expert. Please avoid using their services if you need cross-border tax assistance.
