I had a great experience here. The tax preparer was very up-front about the process and the costs. I ended up doing my revision with turbo tax because I had done my original return with them, but I plan to use H&R block in the future because they have more availability for meeting face to face. (At least until we the people can bully the IRS into releasing direct file!)

Service is not good at all. I booked an appointment with them and they didn’t even inform me that appointment is canceled. I went over there that’s how I know that it’s canceled. At least you have to inform your customer if canceling anything. Customers waste their time on you and you don’t even care about them. That’s really disappointing.
NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I reached out to them about doing cross border tax. They said they had the expertise and said I should do US tax first. I did US tax with them. After that, I went back for another appointment for Canada tax. The accountant was clueless about anything Canada related despite promising me in person previously he would do Canada tax.
